Here the speaker brings out the journey of human soul. He takes up this subject against the background of the Trojan war and connects it with the soul’s battle. He also emphasizes the need for awareness, vigilance, courage and trust in inner and outer life. No yoga is easy but this yoga is particularly full of unique challenges and hence one must take it up if one has the call for it. Once the call is there, one needs to make an inward shift. He emphasized the need to avoid criticism of others but rather to look at oneself.
