The talk starts with a message of the Mother on youthfullness and the urge for progress in this yoga. Then the speaker goes on to reveal to us the workings and limitations of the lower nature which has to be slowly transformed into the higher Perfection. He tells us why transformation is a slow process and gives us a number of practical examples. A distinction has to be especially made between a forceful breaking of the present mould of nature and transforming it. He also emphasizes the need for balance and an avoidance of extremes. Finally, it is the Divine Love that transforms lower nature and our personal efforts are necessary to prepare and open ourselves to this Power of Supreme Love. There is emphasis on the need for plasticity and wideness so that these instruments can respond to the Divine love.
