The yoga should not be done with a heart full of despondency, rather it should be done with a happy inner attitude. There is a clear distinction between renunciation or Tyaga and asceticism or Sannyasa. The sign of progress and effort in the right direction is a growth of joy and peace within, accompanied with vastness and wisdom, not visions and voices. It is a growth towards Oneness and not a state of division of life. Real perfection is not to be confused with a set of virtues but rather goes beyond virtue and vice, putting each things in its right place by discovering its true intrinsic value.
