The expectations of the outcome of meditation according to our mental calculation may not work. However no effort goes in vain. If possible one can find out a place in one’s own house and keep a positive atmosphere. Initially it helps to Practice meditation regularly and at a fixed place and time. Later it must become more and more spontaneous and independent of any outer conditions.
