Unlike classical yogas, integral yoga accepts nature but purifies it and makes it ready for the divine. Our human nature is a distortion of the divine nature. There are several steps in the process. Finding of one’s psychic is the first milestone. Our present life here is the field of preparation. To move towards the goal, Service, love of the lord, remembrance and surrender of all the efforts to the Divine is the path. Then the lord will take care of our progress and growth.
