At the beginning of sadhana it is better to avoid TV or newspapers. These things create a bombarding of the senses which creates hurdles in the free flow of the divine energy. But when we grow in sadhana, anything can be molded or give way to our true aspiration. Ultimately we can discover the Divine in everything. But there are stages and steps and different rules apply at different stages of our spiritual evolution. (16/4/10)
